Data on hunting dogs shows more complaints being made, but fewer violations alleged

Virginia's hound-hunting conflict is producing more complaints but fewer found violations, and both sides are armed with the same dataset. Landowners' FOIA'd comments describe dogs disrupting land and livestock; houndsmen counter with a neighbor-to-neighbor committee model now running in 16 counties.
