Smith & Wesson Revives Two .45 ACP N-Frame Revolvers at $1,299

Smith & Wesson has added the Model 1917 Classic (SKU 14057) and Model 22 Classic (SKU 14058) to its catalog, both N-frame .45 ACP revolvers listed at $1,299 on its product pages, with Shooting Sports USA reporting them available Oct. 27. The 1917 Classic recreates the M1917 military revolver with a 5.5-inch barrel, half-moon front sight and lanyard loop, while the Model 22 Classic uses a 4-inch barrel and fires .45 ACP in moon clips or .45 Colt loaded directly. Both have walnut grips and no internal lock, and S&W has not said whether either is a limited run.
