The Supreme Court Set Dec. 2 for the AR-15 Ban Arguments

The Court consolidated the challenges to Cook County's and Connecticut's assault-weapons bans and set argument for Dec. 2. The Justice Department asked for ten minutes to argue the bans fail under the Second Amendment, and 27 states are on the challengers' side. Whatever the Court says will define the legal market for modern sporting rifles for a generation.
