Rocky Brands Grows Sales 13% With Muck and XTRATUF Leading

Rocky Brands grew third-quarter sales 13.3% to $138.8 million, with Muck and XTRATUF among its double-digit brands, and lifted gross margin to 45.0%, though about $6 million of that came from tariff refunds and duty-free inventory that will not repeat. The more durable move is on the balance sheet: debt is down 16.6% to $116.0 million, and most of an $11.2 million other receivable is an IEEPA tariff refund still owed, which leaves Rocky waiting on Washington for cash it has already booked.
