NSSF, Shadow Systems Sue to Stop Connecticut Handgun Ban Before Oct. 1

Connecticut's answer to machine-gun conversion devices is to ban future sales of the unmodified pistols criminals alter. The NSSF, Shadow Systems, and Blue Trail Range want a federal court to stop that before Oct. 1, arguing the state is punishing the lawful product instead of the illegal conversion. The trade group is suing officials in its own home state.
