GunBroker's Parent Is Now a Texas Corporation and Is Moving Its Headquarters From Atlanta to Dallas

Outdoor Holding Co. (POWW), parent of GunBroker.com, said in an Oct. 2 Form 8-K that it converted from a Delaware to a Texas corporation effective Sep. 30 at 10:59 p.m. CT, after stockholders approved the move at its Sep. 28 annual meeting. The filing says the company is in the process of moving its headquarters from Atlanta to Dallas but gives no timeline. Shares keep trading on Nasdaq under POWW without interruption.
