Gun Trade Leaves NASGW Expecting a 'Decidedly Better' 2027

Shooting News Weekly's floor report from the NASGW Expo says the gun trade expects 2027 to be "a decidedly better year," with suppressors sold out at distribution and much of the Ruger legacy inventory gone. Much of that optimism traces to two one-time jolts, a court-driven can rush and a Ruger production pause, and one-time jolts do not repeat on a 2027 calendar. Shield Arms calling 2026 "better than 2025" is the steadier signal, because magazines and holsters keep selling when a customer can't stretch to a new gun.

Keep glassing.
