FN Browning Completes Its Purchase of Rifle Maker Accuracy International

FN Browning Group has closed on Accuracy International, the Portsmouth precision-rifle maker, and is keeping the brand name intact. The release leans on British defense capability, but the buyer also owns Browning and says the deal fits a plan to build an industrial platform across Europe and North America, which makes AI's sport-shooting side the piece for U.S. trade buyers to watch. The bet looks like a rifle reputation built with military and police buyers in more than 70 countries, sold to long-range hunters through the Browning side of the house, and U.S. precision brands should price that in before FN Browning says a word about distribution.
