A Second Court Just Took ATF's Gun Rules Apart

Judge Reed O'Connor struck ATF's 2022 frame-or-receiver definitions as unconstitutionally vague and inconsistent with Second Amendment history. The ghost-gun rule and the NFA registry are now both under constitutional fire in separate federal courts.
