Bass Pro Sets Nov. 11 Opening for 200,000-Square-Foot New Jersey Store

Bass Pro Shops will open its 200,000-square-foot Outdoor World in Sayreville, N.J., on Nov. 11 with an Evening for Conservation, donating 15% of sales on most items that night to local conservation, the company said Oct. 27. The store sits in the Riverton retail complex off the Garden State Parkway near Interstate 95 and Interstate 287, and the release pitches it to the Tri-State Region with an 80,000-gallon Shipwreck Aquarium, the Flemish Cap restaurant with bowling and arcade games, and President George H.W. Bush's fishing boat Fidelity V. It opens into the holiday season in the New York metro market, and the release does not describe the store's firearm or ammunition assortment.
